Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
